  • Name, email address, company, and job title when you sign up for a program (Baseline, Amplify, etc.), take an assessment, request a playbook, or contact us.
  • Account credentials when you create an account.
  • Responses you submit through assessments, questionnaires, and forms.
  • Communications you send to us (email, support requests).
  • Payment information you provide for paid programs. Card details are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically:

  • Device, browser, and connection information (IP address, browser type, operating system).
  • Pages viewed, links clicked, time spent, and referring URLs.
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies below).

Information from third parties:

  • Authentication and analytics providers may share account or usage data with us in accordance with their own privacy terms.
